David E. Marcus became CEO of the Price Family Office, LLC in September 2022. The Price Family Office is a newly formed entity that provides personal services for the heirs and family members of the late Michael F. Price. In David's role as CEO, he has oversight responsibility and serves on the Advisory Board of MFP Investors LLC, a limited partnership fund primarily owned by the Price family.
In 2009, David co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Evermore Global Advisors, LLC (“Evermore”). At Evermore, David served as the Lead Portfolio Manager of the Evermore Global Value Fund (the “Fund”) and separate account client portfolios. In March 2023, MFP Investors LLC acquired the business assets of Evermore and, on April 1, 2023, became the sub-adviser to the Fund, a sub-adviser to a model account, and investment adviser to several separate accounts, all of which were formerly managed by Evermore. David continues to serve as Lead Portfolio Manager of the Fund.
Beginning his career in 1988 at Mutual Series Fund, where he was mentored by renowned value investor Michael Price, David rose to manage the Mutual European Fund and co-manage the Mutual Shares and Mutual Discovery Funds, representing over $14 billion in assets. He also served as director of European investments for Franklin Mutual Advisers, LLC.
In 2000, David founded Marcstone Capital Management, LP, a long-short Europe-focused equity manager, largely funded by Swedish financier Jan Stenbeck. After Mr. Stenbeck passed away in 2002, Mr. Marcus closed Marcstone, co-founded a family office for the Stenbeck family, and advised on the restructuring of a number of the public and private companies the family controlled.
David later founded and served as Managing Partner of MarCap Investors LP, which was seeded by Reservoir Capital.
David graduated from Northeastern University in 1988 with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Finance.

Thomas O joined MFP Investors LLC in April 2023.
Prior to that, Tommy worked for Evermore Global Advisors, LLC starting as a Research Analyst in 2012. Over his years at Evermore, Tommy was promoted to Assistant Portfolio Manager and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Evermore Global Value Fund. In March 2023, MFP Investors LLC acquired the business assets of Evermore and, on April 1, 2023, became the sub-adviser to the Fund, a sub-adviser to a model account, and investment adviser to several separate accounts, all of which were formerly managed by Evermore. Tommy continues to serve as Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund.
Tommy began his investment career in 2004 as an investment banking analyst in Citigroup Global Markets’ Global Industrial Group. At Citigroup, he analyzed and worked on a broad range of transactions. After leaving Citigroup in 2005, Tommy joined HSBC Capital (USA) Inc., a $1.5 billion private equity firm, as a Private Equity Associate. In 2008, he joined Amphor Capital Management LLC, an investment firm focused on alternative investments, as a Research Analyst. At Amphor, Tommy focused on deep value, event-driven public equity investments.
After leaving Amphor in 2010, Tommy became a Research Analyst on a four-person team at Presidia Capital LLC, a $400 million value-oriented hedge fund. At Presidia, he focused on Asian investment opportunities in the real estate, retail/consumer, gaming and hospital sectors.
Tommy graduated from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business in 2004 with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting.
Eric LeGoff

Eric LeGoff is Co-Founder, President, and Chief Operating Officer of Evermore Global Advisors, LLC and Chief Executive Officer of Evermore Funds Trust.
Eric began his career in asset management at Mutual Series Fund, serving as Compliance Officer, Research Analyst and Senior Vice President of Operations from 1986 to 1997. There, Eric implemented the mutual fund industry’s first commercially available order management, pre-trade portfolio compliance and employee trade monitoring systems.
In 1988, with the backing of Michael Price, Mutual Series Fund’s renowned portfolio manager, Eric founded Compliance Solutions, Inc., which created the first pre-trade portfolio compliance and employee trade monitoring systems for the mutual fund industry in a joint venture with Merrin Financial, Inc. After leaving Mutual Series in 1997, he launched VIE Systems, Inc., a middleware software company, which he subsequently sold to New Era of Networks, Inc. in 1999.
Later in 1999, Eric co-founded and served as COO at Liquidnet Holdings, Inc. and Liquidnet Inc., a registered broker/dealer. In 2001, the firm launched the Liquidnet trading system, which allows large institutional buyers and sellers to anonymously negotiate and trade large blocks of equity securities globally. After leaving Liquidnet in 2007, Eric established Hawthorne Associates, a private equity consulting firm.
Eric graduated from Georgetown University in 1983 with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.
Bartholomew Tesoriero
CFO
Bartholomew Tesoriero, CPA, CGMA, is Chief Financial Officer of Evermore Global Advisors. He joined the firm in 2015.
Bart has more than 20 years of experience in the investment management business. He started his career as an auditor at Ernst and Young (“EY”) specializing in audit and tax engagements of registered investment companies. After leaving EY in 1988, Bart moved to Grant Thornton CPA’s (Successor to Spicer and Oppenheim L.P. ) where he was a Senior Audit Manager specializing in servicing clients in the hedge fund, investment companies, investment advisors and broker/dealer industry.
In 1993, Bart was a founding member (CFO/ CCO) of TQA Investors, LLC (a spin-off from Templeton Quantitative Advisors, LLC), which was a multi-strategy hedge fund specializing in convertible bond arbitrage, event arbitrage and distressed debt investing. In 2007, he became Chief Operating Officer of Axiom International Investors, LLC and was responsible for all financial and operational aspects of this global long/short and long-only equity registered investment adviser with AUM in excess of $14 billion. Products included international, global emerging markets, U.S. small cap and micro-cap strategies.
Bart graduated from Pace University with a Bachelor of BBA in Accounting (CPA preparation).
Beijing He
VP – Operations
Beijing He, CFA, is Vice President – Operations at Evermore Global Advisors, LLC. She joined the firm in 2012.
Beijing began her career in financial services as a software engineer at Bloomberg Financial Markets. In 1999, she moved to Bloomberg’s Hong Kong office where she took on a sales and account management role.
In 2003, Beijing joined Goldman Sachs in New York in its Global Operations and Asset Servicing division where she focused on corporate actions and proxy voting processing. In 2004, Beijing moved over to Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s Global Operations department where she worked on major projects, including process improvements for handling corporate actions and credit derivatives.
In 2007, Beijing moved into GSAM’s Client On-Boarding department where she was responsible for all aspects of bringing on separate accounts, including reviewing and vetting all operational and compliance requirements for each separate account.
Beijing received a B.S. in Management from Binghamton University and her MBA in Finance from the London Business School in 2002. Beijing is a CFA Charterholder.
Adam Ermanis
Managing Director, Sales
Adam Ermanis is Managing Director of Business Development at Evermore Global Advisors, LLC. He joined the firm in 2012 with more than a decade of development and investment research experience. Adam is responsible for Evermore’s new business development, client relations, sales and marketing efforts with an emphasis on registered investment adviser, institutional and family office investors.
Before Evermore, Mr. Ermanis played a key role in the growth of two well-respected global equity focused investment management firms. At both Third Avenue Management and del Rey Global Investors, Adam’s roles included serving as client service portfolio manager in addition to his oversight of distribution and strategic partnership activities. A value investor at heart, Adam began his career in the late 90’s as an investment manager research analyst for the private wealth management division of Deutsche Banc Alex Brown.
Adam received a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in International Business from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park.
Karen Finneran
Administrative Assistant
Karen Finneran is an Administrative Assistant at Evermore Global Advisors, LLC. She joined the firm in 2011.
Karen has many years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career at Drexel Burnham Lambert, before moving in June 1987 to V Berg International, a London based commodities firm, to open its U.S. commodities trading office. At V Berg, she supported the Futures Hedging and Traffic desks. Subsequently, Karen worked as a commodities futures broker for Raynor Brokerage. She joinedSmith Barney in December 1996 as a trading assistant on the Mortgage Back Securities Desk and later moved to become a Repo Desk overnight trader. Karen then joined Archer Daniels Midland where she traded Cocoa futures for several years. After taking time off to raise a family, Karen joined Evermore.
